Dean Grosskopf - President
President and founder, Dean Grosskopf leads the team of high quality management
specialists for Professional Hospitality. Mr. Grosskopf has overall
responsibility for the operation and development of the hotels in the
Professional Hospitality portfolio. Mr. Grosskopf is heavily involved in
growing the company through the addition of pre-existing hotels as well as the
development and financing of new hotels. Mr. Grosskopf has been involved in
hotel management since 1978 when he served as the Vice President of Operations
for 34 hotels, which spanned seven states. He was responsible for developing
policies, systems, and procedures that were implemented to increase
productivity while reducing costs and overhead. Prior to working in the
hospitality industry Mr. Grosskopf was an Accounting Supervisor with Alexander
Grant & Company (now Grant Thornton) in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Grosskopf
received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in
Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1973 and became a
CPA in 1976. He is currently a member of the American and the Wisconsin
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management
Accountants and a member of Strathmore's Who's Who. Mr. Grosskopf has also
served in local government for over twenty years.

Bill Krueger - Senior Vice President
William Krueger, an owner and co-founder of Professional Hospitality, is
directly responsible for the operations of all Professional Hospitality
properties. Mr. Krueger is also responsible for supervising the company's
Regional Managers and Directors of Marketing and Sales; as well as assisting
Mr. Grosskopf with the acquisition of new management contracts and overall
management of the company. Mr. Krueger brings over 31 years of hospitality
experience to Professional Hospitality.Mr. Krueger joined a regional limited
service motel chain in 1979 as the general manager of two new properties in
northeastern Wisconsin. By 1981 he was an Assistant Vice President and Regional
Manager of that company. Before joining Professional Hospitality, Mr. Krueger
supervised 11 motel properties and directed their management-training program.
During his tenure with them, Mr. Krueger also directed the marketing program
and their in-house motel supply division. He also served as their Assistant
Personnel Director. Prior to 1979, Mr. Krueger was with a regional full service
chain for six years where he was the General Manager of two hotels and opened a
third property.

Patrick Flynn - Assistant Vice President
Pat is directly responsible for the hotel managers at the three Days Inn
properties the Best Western American Heritage Inn and the Microtel Inn and
Suites. Pat is responsible for human resources as well as assisting Mr.
Grosskopf and Mr. Krueger in the overall management of the company. He brings
over 35 years of hospitality experience to Professional Hospitality. Pat
received his Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration from
the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.

 Todd
Christian - Assistant Vice President
Todd serves as the regional manager of all Country Inn & Suites hotels managed by Professional Hospitality. In addition to his regional responsibilities, Todd is in charge of the training and development program for Professional Hospitality’s management staff. Todd also runs Professional Hospitality’s purchasing program which leverages national buying power to ensure the hotels receive the lowest prices available. Todd brings over 21 years of hospitality experience to Professional Hospitality. He graduated from Southwest State University in Minnesota with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Derek Kritzer - Vice President of Finance and General Counsel
Derek is responsible for both the company’s legal needs and its financial systems.
Derek has gained tremendous experience during his career while working for an
international public accounting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and
as a partner with a large law firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to joining
the company, Derek graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from
Valparaiso University, and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School.

Jamie Dressel - Corporate Director of Sales
Jamie supervises all sales personnel for Professional Hospitality. He ensures
that all sales avenues are pursued to generate meeting and banquet business in
addition to room nights sold. Jamie was named Professional Hospitality's
Salesperson of the Year in 2001. He has over 12 years of experience in
hospitality sales and operations.

Tom Allcox - Advertising & Marketing Executive
Tom serves as Advertising and Marketing Executive and his responsibilities
include managing both print and Internet marketing for Professional Hospitalities
portfolio of hotels. In addition, Tom is regional manager for our Marriott properties.
Tom brings 33 years of hospitality experience to Professional Hospitality and has
earned the CHA designation (Certified Hotel Administrator) from the American Hotel
and Motel Association.

Chad Theis - Advertising & Marketing Executive
Chad Theis serves as Advertising and Marketing Executive for Professional
Hospitality. Chad has an extensive technological background after 10 years as
an Internet programmer. He also maintains information systems and provides
technology support services to all Professional Hospitality properties.
