-Professional Hosptiality Purchases Appleton
Professional Hospitality, LLC of Madison announced the addition of the Country Inn & Suites of Appleton to its management portfolio. With the acquisition of this property, Professional Hospitality's portfolio increases to 15 properties in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado. They operate as Country Inn and Suites, Days Inns, Best Western, Microtel Inn and Suites, and Fairfield Inns.
"We are excited about the addition of another Country Inn & Suites property to our portfolio." said Professional Hospitality President Dean Grosskopf. "With the Appleton location, we now have 8 Country Inn & Suites properties, 5 located in Wisconsin".
The management team of Professional Hospitality is currently working on other opportunities to increase its portfolio and hopes to announce other additions soon.

-Two Fairfields Added to Portfolio
Professional Hospitality LLC of Madison announced the addition of two Fairfield Inns to its management portfolio.
With the acquisition of Fairfield Inns in Beloit and Green Bay, Professional Hospitality's portfolio increases to
14 properties in Wisconsin,Minnesota, and Colorado. They operate as Country Inn and Suites, Days Inns, Best Western,
Microtel Inn and Suites, and Fairfield Inns.

-Days Inn of Eagle River receives an "Oustanding" review score
Professional Hospitality is pleased to announce that the Days Inn of Eagle River has received an evaluation score of "Outstanding". The hotel inspection was based on cleanliness, compliance, condition, and customer feedback. The inspection score earns the Days Inn of Eagle River the Chairmans Award for Quality.

-Days Inns receive "5 Sunburst Chairman's Awards"
All three of our company's Days Inns, Black River Falls, Eagle River, and Hurley received the "5 Sunburst Chairman's Award" at the Days Inns Regional Summit Meeting held on April 24-26 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Hotel in Chicago. Congratulations to the Management and Staff at all three locations.

-All eight Country Inn and Suites hotels receive exceptional rating
We are proud to announce that all eight of our Country Inn and Suites hotels have received an exceptional rating on their most recent Quality Assurance reviews. Carlson hotels performed the reviews by traveling to each property and evaluating them based on an extensive list of criteria. We appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making our hotels as exceptional as they are.

-Record High Review from Carlson
The Country Inn & Suites of Rochester - South, was given a record high review of 995 out of a possible 1000 points in it's recent inspection from Carlson. The hotel was scored by taking into consideration the operations, guest satisfaction, staff moral, guestroom cleanliness, and sales initiatives. This is the highest score that a Professional Hospitality hotel has ever received. Congratulations to the Rochester - South team for a job well done.

-Monona Receives Exceptional from Carlson
The Country Inn & Suites of Monona received an exceptional rating on July 25, 2005. The hotel was given a score of 901 out of a possible 1000 points by Carlson. 99.2 percent of the guests who stayed at the Country Inn & Suites of Monona said they would stay again if in the area.

-St.Cloud Receives Exceptional from Carlson
The Country Inn & Suites of St. Cloud received an exceptional rating on July 12, 2005. The hotel was given a score of 970 out of a possible 1000 points by Carlson. The Country Inn & Suites - St Cloud also received a 99.5 % "stay again" rating from guests who responded via comment cards. 99.5% of the guests who stayed said that if in the area again, they would stay at a Country Inn & Suites.

-Kenosha awarded 2004 Front office of the year award.
The Country Inn & Suites in Kenosha, Wisconsin was presented with the Country Inn & Suites Front Office of the Year Award for 2004. The Front Office/Guest Service of the Year Award is presented to the front office whose operations, including guest services, reservation services, and selling skills are most outstanding. The Kenosha Country Inn & Suites was chosen 1st among 350 hotels worldwide.

-Microtel given award by J.D. Power and Associates
